My customized online coaching is designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Each program includes a strength training program, cardio and flexibility programming, and nutritional guidance; access to online training software featuring descriptions and videos; and various levels of interaction with me.
Our Get Strong! group option is for individuals, training partners, families or friends who need some guidance on exercise programming but do not need the one-on-one experience offered by personal training. Workouts are accessed through private Facebook groups which also contain nutrition and motivational tips.
Most of us know what we’re supposed to eat and what we should avoid. What we really need is that “someone” to hold us accountable to our goals. My nutritional coaching is designed to keep you on track with your weight loss. I don’t sell products or supplements, and I don’t sell meal plans. I help you become healthier, lose weight, and feel better by helping you plan meals with foods that fit your budget, that can sustain you for a lifetime, and that you can feed your family. I favor slow and steady and satisfied over quick and starving.
