Proper nutrition is the key to feeling good and looking good. Sometimes it’s just hard to figure out how much and what kind of foods we should eat. And sometimes even if we know what and how much, it’s hard to stick with our plan! My nutrition coaching is designed for you to become healthier, lose weight, and feel better by helping you plan meals with foods that fit your budget, that can sustain you for a lifetime, and that you can feed your family. We will also work together to help you identify those things that hold you back from eating well (cravings, portion control, lack of time) and come up with solutions. I favor slow and steady and satisfied over quick and starving.
