Having strength means being able to meet the challenges that life throws our way. From daily tasks to active vacations, lifting heavy weights will allow us to experience life to the fullest. Strength training makes us stronger, fitter and leaner. My programs are designed to help women discover the power of strength training, especially those who are just beginning their fitness journey or who are unsure of how to begin.
I understand that strong bodies are refined in the gym but built in the kitchen. I offer nutritional counseling to get help you set goals, change behaviors and get you on track.
I am a certified with the American College of Sports Medicine, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and USA Weightlifting. I hold a level 1 certification from Precision Nutrition and am a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. I am a competitive Masters Olympic Weightlifter, an occasional CrossFitter, and an Army veteran, Army wife and Army mom.
