Lifting heavy weights makes us stronger, fitter and leaner. My GetStrong! program is designed to help women discover the power of strength training, especially those who are just beginning their fitness journey or who are unsure of how to begin. I started my company, Triad Strength, with this in mind. I offer in-person and online personal and group training.
I understand that strong bodies are refined in the gym but built in the kitchen. I offer nutritional counseling to get help you set goals, change behaviors and get you on track.
I am a certified with the American College of Sports Medicine, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and USA Weightlifting. I hold a level 1 certification from Precision Nutrition and am a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. I am a competitive Masters Olympic Weightlifter, an occasional CrossFitter, and an Army wife and mother.
