We’ve developed quite a community with our GetStrong classes!
We’ve worked every muscle and used every piece of equipment in the gym.
We have champion weight-hoarders and posers.
And a whole bunch of women who appreciate the power of a barbell!
I will miss the fun and sweat and laughter and complaining that happens during our classes.
But I’m hoping to continue providing you with the same challenging programming for you to do on your own or with some friends!
GetStrong! Group Challenges ($35):
- Thirty days of fitness! Each group challenge includes a month of fitness programming. Every Sunday for the duration of the Challenge, you will receive the week’s training program: two strength workouts, one HIIT (high intensity interval training)/abs workout, two cardio workouts, and two active recovery days. Daily support and motivation via the Facebook group page or delivered to your email.
- Each month the “Challenge” will focus on a different area of improvement – a specific muscle, movement, or technique. Maybe getting confidence in a higher box jump, adding difficulty to a plank, or adding weight to your squat!

“Fit and Healthy” Individual Programming ($75)
Exercise improves heart health, makes our muscles and bones stronger, and promotes and maintains weight loss. It enables us to do the things we want to do in life. “Fit and Healthy” includes a month of individualized programming to help you live the life you want to live. Assessment, two strength sessions plus cardio programming each week, based on your goals. Includes weekly email check ins, access to training app, exercise descriptions and videos. (Program only – $55)
“Get Me Strong” Individual Programming ($100)
What is strength? Strength is being able to do what you when you want. It’s unpacking your groceries in one trip, moving your own furniture without needing help, carrying your children when they’re tired without tiring yourself out. Strength training also adds muscle, which can support weight loss goals. “Get Me Strong” includes a month of individualized programming to get you the strength and body you want. Includes: assessment, four strength sessions each week, customized to your goals, weekly email check ins, access to training app, exercise descriptions and videos. (Program only – $65)
“Intense Strength” Individual Programming ($100)
Like your strength training with a little more sweat? Looking to torch more calories in half the time? “Intense Strength” includes a month of individualized programming, designed to build muscle and get your heart rate up! Includes assessment, two strength sessions and two high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions each week customized to meet your goals, weekly check email check ins, access to training app, exercise descriptions and videos. (Program only – $65)
Nutrition Package Add-on ($25)
Includes a one-time delivery of macronutrient targets based on your goals, sample one-day meal plan, nutrition tips and strategies. (Information on additional nutrition packages available here.)
